How do I adjust the scroll speed? Use the speed slider at the bottom of the teleprompter screen. Drag left to slow down or right to speed up. You can adjust this in real-time while recording.
Why can't I see my text in the recorded video? That is by design. Scrolly shows the text only to you during the recording process. Your final video will only show you, ensuring a professional look without any visible script.
How do I change the font or text color? Tap the settings icon within the teleprompter view. This allows you to customize text styling, including font type, size, color, and line spacing.
Can I use Scrolly with a beam splitter? Yes. Enable the "Mirror Horizontally" option in the text settings to flip the text for use with professional teleprompter rigs or mirrors.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, select Subscriptions, find Scrolly, and choose Cancel Subscription. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account? Open Scrolly, navigate to Settings, and select Delete Account. This action will permanently remove all of your data from our servers.
