Mr. Scribner graduated from the UC Davis School of Law in 1997, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from UC Santa Cruz. As an undergraduate, he spent a year studying in Costa Rica. He founded Scribner Immigration Law Office in 1999. Mr. Scribner is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
