Mission

Immigration problems cannot be approached with a one-size-fits-all attitude. I take pride in working directly with all of my clients, taking the time to learn about their unique circumstances and priorities in order to determine the best way to help them accomplish their goals.

I am a solo practitioner in Santa Rosa, California. I opened my office in 1999 after 2 years as an associate attorney at a well-established San Francisco law firm. Both my assistant and I speak fluent Spanish and, while I welcome clients of all nationalities, the majority of my work involves Mexican immigrants. My #1 mission is helping families come together and stay together here in the United States, and helping immigrant victims of violent crime. I handle family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications, waiver applications (usually based on "extreme hardship"), adjustment of status, naturalization, "VAWA" (domestic violence), U visa cases, DACA, and various other immigration matters.
