Lore (Site53):

On the Eighteenth of August in the year 2021, the Special Containment Procedures Foundation created a multi-class anomaly housing site in Liberty County, Georgia- naming it "Jack's Private Medical Institute" to block any suspicion of the facility being an actual government site. The facility, Site53, is one of the Foundation's most secured and fortified sites, holding containment for anomalies of numerous classes and abilities. Such sites like Site53 are frequently the targets of the Chaos Insurgency, and other terrorist groups that use anomalies to dominate the human species. Despite the threat that is posed, the Site53 Security Department remains to be victorious in facility raids, being nicknamed the "best Security Department" in the foundation, all of whom were ex-Special Forces soldiers before joining the Foundation. The Site53 Scientific Department, known for their ingenuity, intelligence, and problem solving, are the best scientists the Foundation can offer, the best researcher at Site53 being able to properly classify and create an effective and defensive system for newly discovered anomalies in just under 50 minutes. The Site53 Engineering & Technical Department along with the Site53 Logistics Department are well known for their engineering skills, being the best in the world for their skills of creating entrances, exits, loading docks, containment chambers, and more in a quick, affordable, effective, tough, and strategic method. The Site53 Security Department along with the Foundation's Mobile Task Force are tasked with the security, recontainment, containment, and search of SCPs. Security Units are known for their excellent methods of securing the premises, while MTF Units are known for their vigorous methods in the containment, recontainment, and search of new SCPs, as well as breached SCPs.

Lore (REDACTED and DATA EXPUNGED):

After the creation of Site53, units from other sites slowly were recruited to form the ████████ department, as well as the ████ ████████ department. Some of the information here will be redacted as to keep the secrecy of these departments. After the formation of such departments, they were tasked with the movements of SCP ███, ██, ████, ██, ████, ███, ███, and ██. During the convoy, a terrorist group known as the Chaos Insurgency interfered, killing █ foundation personnel and securing █ SCPs. ██ and ██ units were tasked with finding these SCPs and dispatching the correct MTF units, which were Epsilon-6, Epsilon-9, Eta-10, Iota-10, and Pi-1. After finding the location, they dispatched 10 humvees full of 60 units to secure the █ SCPs. On the same day, the U.S. Air Force were doing a routine training when they spotted 10 humvees in a convoy, raising their suspicion. They dispatched a few units to search, and mysteriously, they disappeared, raising even more suspicion from the U.S. Government. ██ Units, after finding out, were tasked with persuading the U.S. Government not to interfere which meant to bribe them. When this inevitably didn't work, they shared some information with them and let them work with the Foundation temporarily until the deal was over. It is unknown how many air force units disappeared, though, it may be █ units who disappeared, and they are presumed dead.

Lore (GSP):

Civilians and the State Government of Georgia have noticed that for quite a while there hasn't been any River City Police Department or Liberty County Sheriff's Office vehicles patrolling around the county. Siblings, friends, and spouses of the peace officers have disappeared as well, leaving no trace of where they went. The U.S. Government prohibited the State Government of Georgia from bringing up anything or conducting an investigation in the county, stating it was all just a "hoax". But somehow those orders from the U.S. Government never reached the Georgia State Patrol, who also were realizing the disappearance of their law enforcement partners in the county. The Georgia State Patrol immediately assigned more state troopers to the Highway 55 Station, the interstate highway that connects Liberty County to the rest of Georgia, to make sure no one enters the area, and issued a lockdown in the area, as well as evacuated all civilians from the area claiming that it "is under a gas leak lockdown protocol". There has been no updates pushed out by the Georgia State Police to this date.

Lore (Area-51 Event):

At approximately ██:██ on ██/██/██, the Foundation intercepted a distress signal from United States Air Force Base Area-51. Mobile Task Force Units Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox" and Nu-7 "Hammer Down", were deployed to the USAF base with intentions to investigate the distress signal and rescue any survivors at the facility. Epsilon-11 were deployed to Area-51 by a Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk flew by Mobile Task Force Unit Sigma-9 "Valkyries", reaching the facility around ██:██, with Nu-7 arriving by various APCs, tanks, and gunships around ██:██. Mobile Task Force Units had to rope down into the facility, with Epsilon-11 going in first to scout the facility with Nu-7 on standby. About after 20 minutes into exploring the facility Epsilon-11 ran into a creature that was extremely pale with long claws, a huge mouth, glowing white eyes, standing approximately 7"9 in height. After the incident, it was later identified as the "Rake", a creature from the internet. This was not a coincidence, for other creatures were later found in the facility that were also from the internet, such as: Slenderman, Chucky, Granny, and several other entities that were from the internet. After ██ hours, Mobile Task Forces properly swept the facility. The causalities came back: all USAF facility personnel perished in the containment breach, ██ Nu-7 Agents killed in combat with the anomalies, and not a single causality from Epsilon-11. The O5 Council along with Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand", have scheduled a meeting with U.S. Government Officials on ██/██/██ to know why such creatures were created at the facility. It is known that the O5 Council are not the only ones in on the meeting as Mobile Task Forces Resh-1 "████ ██ ████████" and Omega-1 "████ ██ ████"Agents have started to be spotted around O5 Council Members, engaging in conversations with them behind heavily guarded doors.
