Information (SCP-71563): SCP-71563 is a bipedal wolf that stands 5"8 and weighs 250 pounds. SCP-71563 was discovered in Liberty County, Georgia- just 3 miles away from Site53 on Highway 55. Georgia State Patrol pulled over a purple 80s pickup truck (SCP-71563-2) for going 60MPH above the speed limit (speed limit being 75MPH). When pulled over, the Georgia State Trooper (Sergeant Regal), asked SCP-71563 to lower the window for it was too darkly tinted to see inside. When SCP-71563 did so, Sergeant Regal was startled, seeing that the driver (SCP-71563), was a dark grey wolf. Sergeant Regal dismissed it as a furry who acquired an extremely realistic werewolf suit and asked SCP-71563 for an ID. When Sergeant Regal searched up SCP-71563's credentials, it came up on his CAD that the ID belonged to Jason M. Ferox, an individual who went missing 7 years ago, never seen again. Sergeant Regal searched up the license plate, which for some reason, didn't come up on the data base. When Sergeant Regal attempted to drag out SCP-71563 out of the vehicle after ignoring the Sergeant orders to get out of the vehicle, the Sergeant stumbled back, for when he felt SCP-71563, it felt like the genuine skin and fur of a wolf. SCP-71563 fled the traffic stop, which proceeded to become a large chase, multiple Georgia State Patrol vehicles on him. Foundation was alerted about the incident when Gamma-5 was going through active local law enforcement body cameras and stumbled upon the footage. Eventually, Iota-10 and Pi-1 joined the chase, undercover in River City Police Department. After SCP-71563 crashed, Iota-10 and Pi-1 were able to negotiate with Georgia State Patrol to hand the suspect over to them. However, multiple marked Foundation vehicles arrived on the scene to early, which prompted the supervising trooper in the group to recall that both law enforcement agencies, RCPD and LCSO, mysteriously disappeared numerous months ago. Not only that, one of the troopers pointed out the acronym "S.C.P.F." on one of the marked Foundation SUVs. Since Georgia State Patrol designated S.C.P.F. as a gang after numerous suspicious run ins with them, GSP returned back to the scene and ordered at gun point for them to release SCP-71563. At this point in time, a fire fight ensued, leaving numerous causalities on both sides, leaving all responding GSP Troopers dead and almost half of the responding MTF Agents KIA. SCP-71563 was then transported to Site53 by a convoy of Mobile Task Force Alpha-4 where he is currently kept. To this date, SCP-71563 has shown no signs of aggression or attempted to willingly harm any individuals.
Information (SCP-71563-2): SCP-71563-2 resembles what appears to be a purple 1984 Chevrolet C10. SCP-71563-2 can go extremely fast, the fastest being recorded at 170MPH. SCP-71563-2 only drives when SCP-71563 is behind the wheel. Several incidents and tests have revealed that after SCP-71563 is at a certain amount of distance away from SCP-71563-2, SCP-71563 will teleport to the nearest parking space nearby SCP-71563. SCP-71563's tires have been proven indestructible from normal bullets and spike strips. However, SCP-71563-2 isn't completely invulnerable to damage. After being too heavily damaged beyond use, SCP-71563-2 will safely stop the vehicle at cease to drive. Exactly 10 minutes after stopping, SCP-71563-2 will manifested nearby SCP-71563 again in perfect condition despite any previous damage.
