Overseer Council

The Overseer Council is the highest rank an individual can obtain within the foundation. They are responsible for monitoring their assigned department, along with ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the foundation. The only way to become a Councilor is by serving a successful Facility Engineer term, or in exceptionally rare cases, being appointed by the Administrator in an Executive Order.
