The Code of Regulations and Ethics is the main body of rules that all foundation personnel must follow. It can be found at the following link. CoRE is enforced by the Ethics Committee, and any questions or appeals for a punishment from CoRE should be directed to them through their communications services.
Uninfringeable Rights guaranteed by the Foundation and the Ethics Committee. Any attempts to undermine or infringe on these rights is considered corruption under the jurisdiction of the Ethics Committee and Internal Security Bureau.
Foundation Personnel are not legally required to produce or aid in the production of evidence against their own or another person during an investigation wherein they are implicated. Silence may not be used against you, however may implicate you in the event you refuse to testify against evidence presented against you.
1.1 - Personnel are not required to testify, answer questioning or submit to screening under any circumstance.
1.2 - Attempting to threaten or illegally coerce personnel into submission of the aforementioned scenarios is forbidden, with punishment up to permanent Class-E status at the discretion of the Ethics Committee.
1.3 - No authority, department or individual is exempt to aforementioned clauses under any conditions otherwise stated, regardless of position or immunity status.
All personnel are entitled to fair trial by the Ethics Committee in the event of a not-guilty plea or appeal, regardless of the initial adjudicator.The court system is detailed in the “Tribunal Adjudicate” card under the same list.
2.1 - Personnel may choose to appeal any punishments or adjudicative actions before the Ethics Committee, in such case a majority consensus of the Committee shall decide the final verdict.
2.2 - When an appeal is raised, the adjudicator will be required to prove before the Committee the legitimate grounding of their punishment within laws specified within the CoRE, or departmental guidelines.
2.3 - Any punishment or disciplinary action taken against Foundation personnel may be appealed through the Committee regardless of the initial adjudicator without exemption.
All FP have the right to challenge evidence, or cite their own evidence during an investigation. They can also call upon their own witnesses, or challenge testimony from witnesses already present within the investigation.
All FP have the right to hold an innocent plea until it can be proven otherwise. Any and all FP will be considered innocent in investigation until clear and fair evidence is presented, and a judgment is ruled on by the Ethics Committee
All FP are guaranteed to be free from any arbitrary or unusual punishment. FP shall not be punished in any way that can be deemed unfit/unfair, and have the right to challenge any punishment that may fall under this definition. Examples of just/usual punishments are: Class-E, Suspension from departmental duties, DSTs, or site banishment (permanent or temporary)
Emergency Authority held by the Ethics Committee, O5 Council & Internal Security Burau in times of crisis.
The Ethics Committee alongside the O5 Council (Overwatch Command) & Internal Security Bureau reserve the right to impeach Foundation senior and non-senior leadership.
Severe Impact on Foundation Operations both departmental & site.
Severe and unwarranted lack of presence & active fulfilment of positional duties.
Repeated violations of CoRE
Severe violation of any platform Terms of Service used by the Foundation e.g. Roblox & Discord.
Anti-Social, Toxic & Degenerate Behaviour
Enforcement bodies are capable of beginning a vote of No-confidence against any member of Foundation leadership when presented with a failure of duties & lack of responsibility resulting in the inhibition of group progress & operation.
Completed Investigation with relative information compiled in a presented case file.
Presentation to Judiciary Tribunal & Convention of the Ethics Board.
Completed Ruling & consequent action taken in removal of subject individual with complete report submitted for the O5 Council.
The department has been rendered inoperable via partisan alliances & rebellion against Foundation leadership.
The department has been deemed as a risk to Foundation members safety, group integrity & procedural operation.
The Department does not or no longer serves towards a practical/clear & specific function beneficial to Foundation operation & procedure.
