General Safety Regulations are put into place in order to ensure the protection of all Foundation personnel and external parties that may be involved or located near the Foundation operating site. All of these safety rules are to be followed under all normal circumstances by all employees.
All Foundation Personnel are to take precautionary measures upon entering the presence of any Foundation Site and Installation. Precautionary measures are dependent on the situation that an employee may find themselves in. In order to ensure that you are following proper procedures, be sure to keep up to date with your departmental guidelines as well as paying close attention to Installation based rules. Always be sure to follow the orders of any security or administrative personnel that are in the area.
All Foundation Personnel are to maintain a professional, proper, and mature demeanor whilst on-site and using site-wide communications.
It is deemed indictable to use a keycard or any form of identification that is not exclusively your own. If at any point in time you are caught with a keycard or uniform that is not your own, you will be punished.
The majority of Foundation Personnel have access to at least one firearm. It is of utmost importance that these personnel know how to operate a firearm safely and lawfully while on-site. Below are the General Regulations for Firearm Safety.

The majority of Foundation Personnel have access to an on-site vehicle. It is of utmost importance that these personnel know how to operate the vehicle safely and lawfully while on-site. Below are the General Regulations for Vehicle Safety
Access Level 2+ are the only personnel permitted to operate vehicles on-site.
Posted speed limits are to be followed at all times. If there is no speed limit sign posted, then you are to travel at 25 miles per hour.
Vehicle operators are to stay within the painted lines at all times unless there is a blockage that you have been given permission to pass.
While approaching a Security Checkpoint, you are to safely and slowly pull the vehicle up to the designated line. You are to follow all orders of the Security Personnel operating the checkpoint.
Purposeful collisions will result in punishment, specific punishments will be decided upon by the Ethics Committee.
Vehicle Theft is strictly prohibited at all times. No personnel are to operate any vehicle besides their own at any given point in time. (Security Personnel are exempt from this rule based on their Supervisor's orders)
Entering any RESTRICTED AREA is strictly prohibited for any personnel not authorized to be in said area. Along with this, any tools, weapons, or chemicals are not to be tampered with or found in possession of any person not authorized to use it.
