Sponsorship

Organizing a celebration of this magnitude is not without costs.  While there will be fees for some of the events (especially those involving food), the committees are working to minimize costs via donations and sponsorships from our vendors, local businesses and others.  Clubs and SCOV organizations may have their own charges for events they are holding which will benefit their own coffers.  Our aim is to offer activities for everyone, from free gatherings to elegant occasions supported by benefactors.

Sponsorships and donations come with benefits based on contribution size (listed here). The Fundraising Committee welcomes residents interested in donating or suggesting donors.  We appreciate the generosity of all who help cover these costs.  Find our form here for donations.
