August 4th

7.15am Arrive

Your pre-registered Patrol will arrive together at Heathmont Railway Station. After confirming everyone is there your Patrol Leader will go to Check-In and let us know that you've arrived. We will verify your details and mobile phone numbers. Your Patrol Leader will get:

• Game Contact Information
• Game Cafe Locations
• Game Zone
• Game Rules
• Sleep Point Details
• Patrol Information
• First Base

Go drop your stuff in the trailer for your Sleep Point.

8.00am Parade

We will gather on the grass above the car park for a short welcoming parade to give you some information and to introduce the emergency support people. Late comers to join parade we'll check you in afterwards.

8.30am Game On!

Race Control opens and you hit the trains to head to your first base. On the way you SMS in for your first Clue and password.

4.00pm Head for your Sleep Point

Race Control closes and will not accept any more answers until 9.00am Sunday.

5.00pm Be inside your Sleep Point

You arrive in your Patrol at your Sleep Point. Note that any Patrol arriving without all it's members will be sent home.

August 5th

8.15am Travel Time Starts

We turn you loose again on the unsuspecting Streets of the Game Zone.

9.00am Race Control Opens

Race Control opens for clues.

12.00pm Race Control Closes

You head for the Finish at 3rd Heathmont Scout Hall, H.E. Parker Reserve. Your Patrol must check-in at the finish line together or you will be disqualified.

1.00pm Lunch

Lunch is available.

2.30pm Final Parade

We hold the final formal parade and hand out the certificates and prizes.

3.00pm Game Over!

This is the time that your parents/guardians can pick you up from H.E. Parker Reserve.
