Scott has several years of teaching experience instructing students of all ages and levels in both piano and music theory. He is very passionate about teaching the appreciation and love of music to the younger generation. As a piano pedagogue, Scott has taught piano performance for undergrad students in both Yale University and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He has also taught piano performance at the Preston Manor Music Academy in London, UK. He is often invited to give public masterclasses - the most recent one taking place at Memorial University in Newfoundland.

Scott currently teaches private piano lessons and music theory lessons at his home studio, Mount Royal University Conservatory, as well as online lessons. He teaches students of all ages and specializes in teaching classical piano, guiding them through their Royal Conservatory of Music Level 1 - ARCT Exams.
