Fellowships in bioethics at the NIH. The Department of Bioethics at the NIH Clinical Center offers 2 year post-bac and post-doc fellowships. I am biased of course but it is a fantastic program. The post-bac fellowship is restricted to US citizens and permanent citizens but the post-doc fellowship is open to non-US applicants.
