PRIVACY POLICY
ScoreTile
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Introduction
Flowbit Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides ScoreTile (“App”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, where it is stored, how third-party services are involved, and how you can request assistance or deletion.

2. Information Stored on Your Device
ScoreTile stores information needed to operate and restore the scoreboard, including:
- Home and away scores.
- Set-point selections.
- Timer duration, remaining time, running status, and timing timestamps.
- Team color choices and the keep-screen-on setting.
- Temporary timer-access expiration information.
- Local counters and timestamps used for advertising frequency, review prompts, and related App operation.
- Other locally stored application preferences.
This information is used to display the scoreboard, restore its state, apply your preferences, and manage access to features.
ScoreTile does not upload these scoreboard records to a server operated by Flowbit Labs. The App does not provide its own cloud synchronization service.
The current version does not provide player-name entry, team rosters, or built-in scoreboard export and sharing.
3. Accounts and Payments
You do not need to create an account or sign in to use ScoreTile.
The App does not integrate Google Play Games sign-in and does not receive a Google Play Games profile, achievements, or leaderboard information.
The current version does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not request payment-card information.
Google can separately process account information when you use Google Play or other Google services.
4. Advertising Data
ScoreTile integrates Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for app-open and rewarded advertising.
When the advertising SDK operates, it automatically collects and shares information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Google identifies the following categories:
- IP address, which can be used to estimate general location.
- App and advertising interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views.
- Diagnostic and performance information.
- Device or account identifiers, including advertising ID and app set ID where available.
Identifier availability and data processing depend on the device, SDK configuration, and applicable advertising controls.
ScoreTile does not send its saved scores, set-point selections, or timer records to Google as advertising parameters.
Google’s privacy information explains its processing:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The current App does not integrate a separate analytics or remote crash-reporting service such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Sentry.
App error handling writes diagnostic messages to device logs. The current implementation does not upload those messages to a Flowbit Labs reporting server.
Google’s advertising SDK separately processes measurement and diagnostic information as described above. Local operational counters should not be confused with the advertising SDK’s data collection.
6. Support Communications
If you email us, we receive your email address, any sender name provided by your email service, your message, and any attachments or other information you choose to send.
We use this information to answer your inquiry, investigate the issue you report, and handle related follow-up.
The App’s contact action opens an email draft. It does not automatically send a message or attach your scoreboard data or diagnostic logs.
Our support address uses Gmail. Your email provider and Google process email communications under their respective policies. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Permissions and Device Features
The App uses internet access and network-status information for advertising and online services.
Its scoreboard functions do not require access to your microphone, camera, contacts, photo library, or precise device location. The App does not record audio or capture your screen.
Advertising services can estimate general location from an IP address without requesting precise-location permission.
The keep-screen-on feature controls whether the display remains awake while the App is in use. This setting does not give us access to other content on your device.
8. Third-Party Services and Sharing
Information is handled by external services in the following situations:
- Google AdMob processes advertising-related information.
- Google Play processes information associated with store visits, reviews, and update-related services.
- Email providers process support messages you choose to send.
- Your browser and the destination website process information when you open an external link.
These providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
ScoreTile does not transmit its locally saved scoreboard records to a developer-operated backend or provide a public profile containing those records.
Any disclosure of support correspondence to comply with a legal obligation must be limited to what that obligation requires.
9. Data Storage and International Processing
Scoreboard records and application preferences are stored in the App’s local storage on your device.
Android backup, restore, or device-transfer services can include local App data depending on the operating system and your settings. Those services are separate from a ScoreTile cloud account or a Flowbit Labs backup service.
Advertising data and support emails are processed through external services. Google operates infrastructure in multiple countries, so information handled by Google can be processed outside your country of residence.
Google’s Privacy Policy explains its international processing and applicable transfer arrangements:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
10. Data Retention
Local App data remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset where supported, or removed through the operating system. The App does not apply a fixed automatic deletion period to all locally stored records.
Support correspondence is retained only while needed to address your inquiry and necessary follow-up. Once that purpose is complete, it is deleted without unnecessary delay unless a specific legal obligation requires further retention. Information retained for such an obligation is limited to the required purpose and period.
Google and other external providers determine retention for information they hold according to their own policies and your available account settings.
11. Deletion and Your Controls
You can manage information in the following ways:
- Use the match reset control to reset the current scores, set points, and timer.
- Use Android’s App storage settings to clear ScoreTile’s local application data. Menu names vary by device.
- Uninstall the App to normally remove its on-device application data.
- Review your Android backup and device-transfer settings for copies managed outside the App.
- Email flowbitlabs@gmail.com to request deletion of support correspondence held by us.
The match reset control is not a complete privacy-data deletion function. Clearing App storage can also remove preferences and temporary timer access.
Removing local App data does not automatically remove provider-held advertising records, emails, Google Play reviews, or system backups. Use the relevant provider’s controls or request assistance from that provider.
Because we do not hold a server copy of your scoreboard, we cannot remotely retrieve or delete records that exist only on your device.
12. Advertising Choices
Android and Google provide controls for advertising identifiers and certain advertising preferences. The controls available and their effects depend on your device and service settings.
Changing an advertising identifier or preference does not necessarily stop all advertising measurement or technical data processing.
You can decline the optional rewarded-ad flow. This does not disable other configured advertising, such as app-open advertising.
Choosing to watch a rewarded advertisement does not itself constitute consent to every form of personal-data processing. This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate notice or consent required by applicable law.
13. Security
Local application storage is subject to Android’s application-access protections. Protecting access to your device also helps protect your locally stored scoreboard information.
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
No storage system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. We do not claim that the App’s locally stored preferences are separately encrypted by ScoreTile or that we can prevent all unauthorized access to a compromised device.
14. Children’s Privacy
ScoreTile does not request a date of birth or create age-based user profiles.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us through a support message, contact flowbitlabs@gmail.com so that we can review the information and address deletion or other requirements under applicable law.
Advertising-related data processing is described in this Policy and must be considered separately from the absence of an App registration form.
15. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you can have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or other information about personal data.
To make a request concerning information held by Flowbit Labs, contact flowbitlabs@gmail.com. We can ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to your request.
For information stored only on your device, use the local controls described above. For information controlled by Google or another provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or request process.
You can also contact the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.
16. Changes to This Policy
We can update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, service providers, or applicable requirements.
The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a change takes effect.
