The 17th Students’ Conference of Linguistics in India (SCONLI-17) will be held from 25 to 27 February 2027, hosted for the first time by the Department of Linguistics, K.M. Institute of Hindi and Linguistics, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, in collaboration with the Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL), Mysuru.

Marking a historic milestone as our university hosts this premier national forum for the very first time, SCONLI-17 continues its proud tradition of intellectual rigor while embracing innovative methodologies and interdisciplinary perspectives. The conference serves as a vibrant confluence of ideas and intergenerational dialogue, bringing together emerging student researchers and leading scholars to explore new frontiers in linguistic. We look forward to welcoming delegates from across the country to the historic city of Agra for an inspiring academic exchange.
