Daniel Kaufmann is a Google for Education Certified Trainer. He currently works as a K-12 Instructional Technology/Math Coach at the Wilson School District (West Lawn, PA) where he serves five elementary buildings, two middle school buildings, and the high school. Working in a 1:1 environment with Android tablets in grades K&1 and Chromebooks in grades 2-12 has given Daniel the skill set to work with administrators and teachers of all grade levels and subject areas.
Prior to his coaching position, Daniel spent 8 years in the secondary mathematics classroom and still serves as the Mathematics Department Chair for grades 6-12. Daniel’s passion for instruction, assessment, effective technology integration, and leadership has given him the opportunity to present throughout the country and at conferences such at ISTE and Pete&C.
Chris McCaffrey is the Instructional Technology Specialist for Wilson School District and a Google for Education Certified Trainer. Chris taught high school math and computer science for 10 years and has moved on to serve teachers for the past seven years helping them leverage technology. He has supported teachers in shifting instructional practices towards a more student-centered 21st Century learning environment. Students understand more deeply when they have the opportunity to create authenticate products, through collaboration and engage in solving real problems. It's crucial to have our students & teachers learning out loud, by publishing and communicating their work to an audience beyond their classroom walls.
