The SCLead.org Evaluator 101 Training Team

The South Carolina Department of Education Office of Educator Effectiveness and Leadership Development (SCDE OEELD) oversees the Assisting, Developing, Evaluating Professional Teaching (ADEPT) Process. The Effectiveness Team Liaisons conduct SCLead.org Evaluator 101 training with the support of Randa, the program developers of SCLead.org.

Leadership

OEELD is led by their Director, Lilla Toal Mandsager. The Effectiveness Team Leader is Dr. Vicki Traufler. The SCLead.org Project Manager is Dr. Julie Hartwell.
