About SCLead.org

Beginning academic year 2018-2019, the South Carolina Leadership, Effectiveness, Advancement, and Development (SCLead.org) data management system replaced the ADEPT Data System (ADS) for reporting required ADEPT Evaluation Results. SCLead.org does so much more than the ADS, as it facilitates the evaluation process of special area educator, teacher, and principal professional growth and development in schools and districts across the state.
