Oral Presentations
1. Dress up nice!
2. At the start of the class you would be missing, tell that teacher that you will be leaving at this particular time. Make sure you do this before class starts! Then make sure you leave 5 minutes earlier. So for example, if your pass says 12:30 and you have Math class at that time, tell your Math teacher at the start of class that you will be leaving at 12:25. Then when 12:25 comes, don't ask to go, just get up and go.
3. Bring your logbook and your backup flash drive to the room you are supposed to present in.
4. Wait outside that room until you are called in.
5. Hand the judges your logbook and pass.
6. Find your presentation and present!
7. Take your logbook and pass back from the judge. Leave the rubric with them.
8. Go back to class.
9. Relax! It's over. Unless you're doing PJAS. Then it's not over.

3. When you get to the gym, immediately grab your board and logbook.
4. Wait near the Team that is grading you. Wait until they call you.
5. Leave your board, logbook, pass, and rubric with them.
6. Wander the gym for a few minutes while they look at your board. Stay within earshot. But not too close that you can hear them talking about your project. That's rude.
7. When they shout your name, run back to the judges.
8. Answer their questions!
9. Take your pass back from the judge. Leave the rubric with them.
10. Put your board and logbook back in the spot where they were.
