1. Click the link to the google doc at the bottom of this page AFTER READING ALL DIRECTIONS
2. Using the tabs across the bottom, click on the day you want to present
- the date is followed by a letter of the alphabet.
3. Read the red highlighted words at the top that say Oral or Display. Make sure you are only signing up for the proper type of presentation you're supposed to do.
Oral - Purple Block
Display - Yellow Block
4. Once you're on the correct page, add your name to an empty time slot. You may not erase someone else's name and add yours. You may have to scroll through tabs until you find an empty slot that works for you.
5. Important -- fill out the top page of the Science Fair Pass with all the correct information as in the doc. If you mess this up, the whole world will crumble.
6. Fill out the top of the second page with all pertinent information
7. Keep your pass in the most safe place possible! If you lose this, all is lost
