Sulfur Sanction

In a strange twist of the English language, a sanction can be either a penalty or a permission depending on the context of its use. As such, we officially sanction you to solve Sulfur Sanction to avoid any sanctions.

Recall the format of a nuclear symbol and how these relate to what you already know about the periodic table. Be sure to keep the radioisotopes organized according to their atomic number.

The Law of Conservation of Matter needs to be adhered to at all times. Nuclear equations also comply with this law and the results of their careful balancing may surprise you.

Don't forget to check on the many isotopes of Sulfur, paying particular attention to Sulfur-35. You have been provided with a 602.4-g sample and are expected to deliver it 349.56 days from now. We hope there will be a sizeable amount left by then.
