Housing

Rooms have been reserved at the North Campus Residential Community for the night of August 5, 2025 for those wishing to arrive the evening before the conference. Reservations closed on July 27, 2025.

These modern dorm suites have a kitchenette (no stove/oven), furnished living room, and a shared bathroom. Bedrooms are furnished and sleep up to two people. Linens and housekeeping fees are included in the base fee.

$125* for a single occupancy room

$75* per person for a shared double room.

* There will be an additional credit payment processing fee.

For a single room - 1) Use the button/link below. Select single room and use the payment link in the first section.

2) Click "next" to get to the second section of the form and the submit button. .

For a double room - 1) Use the button/link below. Select double room on the first section of the form. next.

2) Click "next" to get to and use the payment link for a double room and to submit the form.

3) You will also be asked if you have a roommate request or need one assigned.

NOTE: If the requested roommate doesn't register or requests another attendee, you'll be assigned a random room.

IMPORTANT ! Please be sure to submit the google form and make the payment.

The reservation google form goes to RWU. MAST is collecting the individual payments for RWU.
