Naaz's research interests mainly include development of therapies to enhance independence and return of function in individuals with acquired neurological conditions and development of upper extremity assessment tools to measure change following rehabilitation in this population.She has extensive experience in the implementation of Functional electrical stimulation to retrain upper extremity function in individuals with spinal cord injury. She has various peer reviewed publications in the said area of interest.
