Interests:

Physiatrist with American Board subspecialty certification exams in Spinal Cord Injury medicine. Key interests are SCI medicine, symptomatic management of Multiple Sclerosis, and Spasticity management. In SCI, the key long-term focus is symptom management and secondary prevention of complications. Thus my main clinical and research interests in SCI are in management of spasticity, neurogenic bladder, neurogenic pain, neurogenic bowel, erectile dysfunction, autonomic dysreflexia, cardiovascular health and exercise, and pressure sores. I helped develop the neurogenic pain portion of SCI-High.
