Interests:

Dr. Jetha’s program of research focuses on understanding life course differences in the labour market participation of people living with chronic disease and disability. He also applies systems thinking perspectives to understand the role of organizations in the prevention and management of work disability. Dr. Jetha integrates theoretical perspectives from health psychology, population health, and systems science to produce transdisciplinary research that is valued by practitioners, employers, workers and policy-makers.
