Ecology of fresh waters and their inhabitants

The Wetland Ecology Lab research objective is to understand how the structure and function of wetland communities respond to natural and human-induced variation across temporal and spatial scales at population to the ecosystem levels. My research program uses both herpetofauna and invertebrates and integrates fields of ecology, conservation biology, and hydrology in diverse aquatic ecosystems. I'm particularly interested in food-web dynamics in wetlands and river systems.
