The museum is managed by the Council, which includes six sectors:

- search sector
- sector of excursions
- sector of expositions and exhibitions
- correspondence sector
- mass and outreach sector
The main activities of the Museum Council are:
- fund acquisition
- registration and preservation of museum collections
- exposition work
- cultural education
Pupils of the school are divided into search units, which:
- carry out photos and videos
- make audio recordings
- organize meetings with famous countrymen
- collaborate with the local newspaper "Pratsa"
The main sections of the exposition:
- My native land
- School History
- Long miles of war
The museum has 2 funds: main and scientific and auxiliary.
