We respect the privacy of visitors to our Services.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. No personally identifiable data is collected. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Analytics

Some of our services or apps might collect data for analytic purposes. More information can be found in the app or on the app store. If you have any questions - we can give you more detailed information.

If you allow data collection at the first start of our app you have agreed to this data being collected and used for analytics.

Some of our apps are using third party solutions to improve the app and track certain data (like error reports, game progress, player app use behavior and more.

 Parts of their data collection may take place in the US which was covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield and is now operating under the SCC (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as defined in GDPR Article 46 (2)(c). You can find out more on the Unity privacy policy pages. At the moment Unity Analytics does not offer an opt-out on a website. If you do not want your information collected then you need to either stop using the app or deny the request for analytics at the first start of the app (can be changed any time within the app). Please send any requests concerning deletion or correction of your data directly to DPO@unity3d.com or follow the opt out instructions.

Opt-Out: Click the "Unity Privacy Options" button in the app.

Unity does not provide a public website to Opt-out of data collection. Instead you will find a "Privacy Options" Button in every of our apps which uses Unity Analytics. Click it to start the Opt-out process.

APPS

Only about apps that provide recording functionality:
Pictures, photos or videos are not captured automatically without your notice. It is your choice when using our recording functions (pictures, photos or videos). These photos, pictures or videos are stored on your device within the app temporarily. This data is removed when restarting the app. For persistent saving of recorded photos, pictures or videos you have to use the native share or native save to camera roll (or native save to the devices picture gallery) functionality.

Only about apps that use AR (Augmented reality):
True Depth API might be used by our apps, but only for face tracking. We do not collect user specific data by the True Depth API and do not store such data on your device or on any server.

WEBSITE

Cookies might be stored on your computer. We may also link information stored on your computer in cookies with personal data about specific individuals stored on our servers. You can set up your web browser so that cookies are not allowed.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right for information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you want to exercise your right under the GDPR then please contact us.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, we will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using our Services, you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

Modification of Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change or modify the Privacy Policy at any time. If you use our Apps and Services after any of such changes become effective you are accepting the new Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Services.
