on May 19, 2020, We conducted a coffee cupping at our farm. Coffee cuppings are essentially coffee tastings. Farmers, buyers, and roasters use the cupping process to evaluate flavors and quality. For $10 a person, coffee loving folks could come to the farm to learn about and appreciate coffee at new levels alongside their friends.

We believe that tasting and talking about coffee with friends is one of the best ways to grow your palette, expand your coffee knowledge, and appreciate the world of coffee. Something clicks when we say what we are thinking and feeling out loud to others, so we can't stress enough how fun and enlightening hosting this is for us!

We do this because:

1. It allows us to let you try a variety of coffees without having to brew them yourself!

2. We are able to let you experience coffee, with no filter, no holding back any flavor, acids or oils. You get the full taste, right from our farm.

3. You get to experience how coffee changes over time, since there's no defined end to the coffee brewing. We pull out all our coffee grounds for easier tasting.

Cuppings involve a blind setup, evaluating the dry coffee aromas, the wet coffee aromas, the flavors, mouthfeel, acidity, sweetness and aftertaste.

This is a great way to enjoy coffee with friends and family. It's a fun, challenging and enlightening experience that always leads to a greater appreciation for coffee.

Coffee isn't just a beverage that perks us up. It actually helps our brains produce dopamine and adrenaline, improving our memories. Studies show that regular coffee consumption can reduce the likelihood of developing dementia by as much as 65%! All of our proceeds from the coffee you purchase gets donated to the Alzheimer's Organization.

Join us at our Farm from 12PM-5PM for our Pups & Cups Event! We will be partnering with our friends from Waggin' Trails Rescue Foundation to bring you an afternoon of hot coffee & furry, adoptable pups!

Waggin' Trails Rescue Foundation rescues companion animals from overcrowded shelters and abandonment situations and finds them loving forever homes.

We are hoping that you will join us in finding these loving pups a place to call home!
