Contestant Attire Requirements

All contestants competing in SCHA judged events are required to wear appropriate western attire, including:

• Cowboy hat

• Long-sleeved shirt with a collar (sleeves must be rolled down)

• Jeans or show pants

• Cowboy boots

Hats must be worn securely on the head while competing in the arena and should not be intentionally removed during competition.

Contestants may choose to wear protective helmets or additional safety gear if desired.
