Individual: $25

You may complete your registration below and submit payment at your first SCHA event.

Volunteer Requirements
Each individual membership is required to complete 4 documented volunteer hours, and each family membership is required to complete 8 documented volunteer hours. Completion of these hours is required to be eligible for year-end awards.
A volunteer sign-up will be created for each show. Members are asked to sign up using the provided link so hours can be properly documented and tracked.
If the required volunteer hours are not completed during scheduled shows, no member of the family will be eligible for year-end awards.
If a volunteer is unable to fulfill their scheduled time, they must notify a board member as soon as possible.
Our shows are successful because of the many helping hands. Please use Volunteer Duty Descriptions to learn about the different areas that are volunteer run, and then choose the task you would like to take on in the Volunteer Sign up.
Fundraising Requirements
Fundraising Requirements
In addition to the volunteer requirements, each membership is required to participate in the annual fundraiser or make an equivalent donation. Details will be announced at the beginning of each year.
If the member or family does not meet the minimum required amount, no member of the family will be eligible for year-end awards.
This requirement does not apply to roping-only participants.

General Eligibility (See bylaws for more detail)To be eligible for year-end awards, riders must:
- Be an active SCHA member
- Compete in 4 out of 6 shows
- Contestants must compete in 2 of the 3 classes in each division
- Complete required volunteer hours
- Participate in the annual fundraiser
- Compete in the required number of classes per division (or percentage of classes for Overall High Point Awards)
