Teacher Participation FORM

The Teacher Participation Form is an optional form to be submitted by eligible SC teachers to earn a $100 stipend after attending a Professional Development (PD) workshop led by an SCFLMT, teaching a financial literacy lesson to their own students, and completing the form linked below to provide evaluation, reflection, and evidence. 

Stipend Requirements:

• A teacher may receive one teacher participation stipend per unique PD session; 

• A teacher may receive up to four (4) teacher participation stipends per academic year;   

• A teacher must instruct students for at least half of the school day in a public school, charter school, or private school; and

• A teacher must submit the Teacher Participation Form by April 30, 2025.

Exception for SCFLMT participants: Teacher Participation stipends are not paid to current SCFLMT participants (Bronze, Silver, Gold) when their attendance in the PD is used to fulfill requirements for attaining certification within the program.  Stipends may be earned by SCFLMTs for PDs attended after the participant has fulfilled the required PD hours for their Cohort level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).
