Membership Information

Complete the application form below. After completing the application your dues can be submitted to any officer at one of our meetings or placed in the Club’s mailbox located in the Library at Sage Center (If leaving in the mailbox, place the check made payable to SCF Digital Photo Club inside an envelope and write the Club’s name on the front.  Do not leave cash in the mailbox.)

NAME-TAGS

To order a name-tag for the club, contact Bob Peterson ( bplido14@gmail.com ).  Tell him you want to order a Digital Photo Club name-tag.  Make sure you are specific with the spelling of your first and last name to avoid mistakes.

The cost  is $12.00 each and can be made with a pin backing (needed for anyone with a pacemaker) or a magnetic backing.

You can either give your check or cash to Bob in person at one of our weekly meetings or put your check in an envelope with Bob Peterson's name on the outside of the envelope and place the envelope in the Digital Photo Club mail slot in the Library at Sage (make your check payable to Bob Peterson, not the Digital Photo Club).

When your name-tag is ready (usually within a week), it will be available for you to pick up from Bob at a weekly club meeting.
