Copy Machine Tutorial
Copy Machine Tutorial
We use the black copy machine when making copies of 19 or fewer. You can copy from a piece of paper or from a book.
If copying from a piece of paper, it is easiest to put the paper in the document feeder on the top. Documents should be placed face-up in the document feeder.
When copying from a book, place the book face down on the glass. A tutorial is included in the video below.
Other times when you will want to use this machine:
enlarging or shrinking a document.
making a multi-page booklet or document
making sets that need stapling
The volunteer copying machine code is 12345. You will need to enter this to get access to the machine. Don't worry if you forget! It's listed on top of the white teacher request bin.
Click on the video below for a tutorial on how to use this machine.
Our copy machine has many different features the teachers may ask you to use. In the video, we go over the basic ones you will need. You can find the following sections at these time stamps.
