There will be times when you will need help. A machine will jam or run out of ink.
If you have any trouble with a machine or have a question about a request, please pick up the white phone on the wall by the door and dial 1000. Ask for Mrs. Cox and she will come and help you.
DO NOT open the machine to retrieve a jam or fix an error code. You may open the bottom drawer of the copy machine and add paper. See the video below for more instructions.
