Need help with ScentVault?
ScentVault is a perfume tracker app that helps you save your collection, manage your wishlist, scan perfumes, and view fragrance information.
For support, bug reports, account questions, or data deletion requests, contact:
Email: scentvaultsupport@gmail.com
How do I add a perfume?
Open ScentVault, go to Collection, and use the add perfume option to enter perfume details manually or save a perfume after scanning.
How does perfume scanning work?
ScentVault uses AI recognition to analyze a perfume image and suggest possible perfume matches. Results may not always be perfect, so users can edit brand, name, batch code, rating, season, and vibe before saving.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete perfumes and wishlist items inside the app. For full account/data deletion requests, contact support by email.
Is batch code detection always accurate?
No. Batch code decoding depends on brand-specific encoding systems and available information. If the app cannot estimate a production date, it may show Unknown.
