Welcome to Scenarist. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Scenarium iOS application ("the app"), developed by Mykola Viunyk ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Scenarist, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Scenarium on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You retain all rights to the scripts and content you create in Scenarium. We do not claim any ownership of your work. Because your content is stored on your device and, optionally, in your personal iCloud account, you are solely responsible for backing it up and for any loss of data.
Scenarium offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock Pro features:
Scenarium Pro Monthly — $6.99 USD per month
Scenarium Pro Annual — $49.99 USD per year
Free trial. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Prices may vary by region.
Managing your subscription. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds. All subscription sales are final and handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass the subscription or feature-gating system
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF DATA LOSS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
