Assoc.Prof. Manop Suphantharika is an expert in food processing and technology, especially starch, carbohydrate, hydrocolloid, emulsion, and instant powder production at industrial scale.

As part of the instant powder production research, Assoc.Prof. Suphantharika has extensive experience in high pressure homogenization step for emulsion formation, optimize powder production using spray dryer together with modifying powder size by using agglomerator. Besides that, he has in depth experiences in characterizing powder characteristic which is important for customer satisfaction.
