They are energy givers not energy zappers; they "bring" to the team, not "take" from the team.
They bring a positive, infectious attitude every day. They may not always be verbal with their enthusiasm, but it will show in their actions.
They have the ability to get done what needs to get done in the way it needs to be done. And they do it on a daily basis.
They have the strength to come back and do things the way they need to be done even after experiencing setbacks and failures.
They put in the amount of work needed -- and then some. They put in the right work needed and they stay until all things get done the right way.
They understand that they must keep their mind on the task at hand, never allowing outside influences to take them off course.
They have an energy, enthusiasm, and love for what they're doing -- at a level far greater than that of most anyone else trying to accomplish the same things. They can't wait to wake up every morning to do it again.
First and foremost, they hold themselves accountable. They blame themselves first before they look around. They also hold everyone accountable for their part in the success.
They are going to accomplish whatever they set out to accomplish and won't let anything or anyone get in the way. They will find out what needs to be done and will then be on a mission to perfect it.
