Senior Backend Engineer 

Role: Senior Backend Engineer (TS, .Net)

Location: 100% remotely, the team is remote (project based in the UK)
Type of contract: b2b, 3 months contract at start with possibility for prolongation
 

The core focus will be building new TypeScript backend services to facilitate sales (specifically fetching/storing products and orchestrating downstream sales). Also, because of the ongoing migration, you will also need to dive into the existing .NET codebase to unpick legacy logic.

We are aiming at finding a strong, independent and adaptable backend Engineer. 

Requirements:

• Strong experience building and working on TypeScript-based APIs.

• Legacy/Migration Experience: 

• Experience with migration projects or handling "messy transitions" between systems.

• .NET / C#: 

• Ability to read and understand existing code to extract business logic.

• Bun runtime environment.

• Kubernetes for deployment/orchestration.
