Events & Operations Manager: 

Takes the lead to organize and plan events and runs weekly board meetings 

Communications Chair: 

Manages all communication paths like linktree, creates and shares event meeting links, general board communication. 

Secretary: 

Keeps notes during all events and meetings and track participation for events.

Social Media Manager: 

Creates and shares all meeting fliers as well as notifies general members of all upcoming events. Runs all social media platforms for the club. 

Community Education Manager: 

Leads all outreach events and programs, delegates to executive board members for outreach. 

Executive Board Member: 

Aids the planning and facilitation of events and helps to complete outreach tasks designated by the CEM. 

All Board Members assist with the planning and fulfillment of events for general members as well as participating in weekly board meetings.
