Telehealth guidelines will vary regionally, and practitioners must be aware of their state practice acts. Also, practitioners should be aware that service options are defined differently between locations. Please take the time to find your local and up-to-date guidance documents. We will make an effort to update documents as they become available. If you notice that your state's documents are not listed here, please send them to us. The APTA's Health Policy and Administration Section has provided many free resources to guide our decision-making. Please be sure to keep checking for updated information.
