DAILY SCHEDULE

Saturday, March 11

• 9:30am Arrive at BSM 

• 10am-4pm Travel (280 miles / 5 hours + lunch)

• 4pm arrive at Brookhill Baptist Church

  • 1. • Guys: Upstairs Youth Room - Showers upstairs

       • Girls: Upstairs Sunday School area - Showers downstairs.

• 4:30 Prayer walk in Brookhill neighborhood & invite people to church.

• 6:00pm Dinner & Team Meeting at Brookhill & Meeting

  • 1. • (Cooking / cleanup: Brookhill / Foodbank Team)

• 7:00pm depart for evening fun activity

• 9:30pm - Planning time in teams

Sunday, March 12

• 8am Breakfast (Clean ALL bags, etc out of Sunday School rooms)

  • • • (Cooking / cleanup: Evangelism Team) 

• 8:30am Team meeting

• 9am-10:50am - Do not just hang out at Brookhill during the Sunday School hour.

• 10:50-12pm Church at Brookhill

• 12:30 - Lunch at Brookhill & Group Meeting

  • • • (Cooking / cleanup: Mirasol Team) 

• 1:30-6pm - Ministry projects

• 5:30pm – Dinner at Brookhill

  • • • (Cooking / cleanup: Veramindi Team) 

• 6:15pm - Depart for fun activity 

• 10pm – Planning time in teams as needed

Monday, March 13

• 7:45am Breakfast & pack sack lunches

  1. 1. • (Cooking / cleanup: Brookhill / Foodbank Team) 

• 8:15am Group Worship & Meeting (Find time for personal devo before/after or evening)

• 9am Depart for ministry

• 9:30am - 4pm - Ministry projects

• 4-6pm - KIDS TEAMS: After school kids ministry projects

• Evening fun activity: Dinner & self-guided fun on Riverwalk.
  Pay for your own dinner. Drivers look for $10 parking. BSM will reimburse. (See maps page.)

Tuesday, March 14

• 7:45am Breakfast & pack sack lunches

  • 1. • (Cooking / cleanup: Evangelism Team) 

• 8:15am Group Worship & Meeting  (Find time for personal devo before/after or evening)

• 9am Depart for ministry

• 9:30am-4:30pm - Ministry projects

• 4-6pm - Ministry projects

• 6pm - Dinner at Brookhill

  • 1. • (Cooking / cleanup: Mirasol Team) 

• 8:30pm - Evening Activity: SBMT Talent Show - Get your act ready!!!

Wednesday, March 15

• 7:45am Breakfast & pack sack lunches

  • • • (Cooking / cleanup: Veramindi Team) 

• 8:15am Group Worship & Meeting
  (Pack bags & bedding. Bring downstairs.)

• 9:30am Depart for ministry

• 9:30am-4:30pm - Ministry projects

• 4pm - Come back asap to help clean the church, load, depart

• 10pm Arrive in Arlington
