AdenoCure 3X is a reliable and easy-to-use in vitro cell viability assay kit for apoptotic signaling research and cancer therapeutic drug discovery. The core component of AdenoCure 3X is a recombinant adenovirus (Ad-MBRG) encoding tumor suppressor genes: HA-tagged MOAP-1, Bax, and RASSF1A. This unique combination allows researchers to investigate the specific effects of these genes on the apoptotic pathway in cancer cells. The Ad-MBRG vector also includes an EGFP reporter gene.
