Conference NCM3P2021 

Navrachana University - School of Business & Law in association with Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) - Vadodara Chapter organized an online National conference on ‘Managing People, Planet and Profit in COVID World’ on 20th - 21st December 2021. The conference had nearly 50 good quality research papers/articles from approximately 21 universities/institutions across India. The National Conference had representations from nearly 10 states of India and ensured a good quality deliberation and discussion among the delegates. The Inaugural ceremony was graced with the presence of Col. Anil Kumar Pokhriyal (CEO MEPSC, NSDC Sector Skill Council) as Chief Guest and Sandeep Harivadan Purohit (Senior Vice-President, Human Resource & Services at Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited) as Guest of Honour. 

The two-day knowledge sharing ended on a very positive note with Valedictory and Prize announcement ceremony on 21st December 2021. The chief-guest for the event was Mr. Govind Negi, Head of Talent & Delivery Center Leader, India - Global Head - Learning & Development 3Pillar Global. Four best papers were announced during the conference. Selected papers were published in ISBN book titled as 'Managing People, Planet and Profit (3Ps) in COVID World' (978-81-950434-0-8).
