The Actual Language of  Policy 5756

The Board of Education has 6 members who are keeping it in force.  They talk a lot about the policy and what it does or doesn't do. However, almost all of their assumptions or beliefs about their own rule - this terrible Constitution-stomping rule - are absolutely wrong. Either they do not understand the policy they created or they are lying.  Either way, this rule is abhorrent and deleterious to our Constitutional parental rights.
