What does my order include?

Your celebration yard sign order includes the signs that are spelled out on your invoice. The cost invoiced includes delivery, rental, installation and take down.

How many signs can I choose in my display?

For our std. pricing, we include 25 characters not including our accent signs. Anything over 25 letters is subject to additional fees.

How many accent signs are included in my display?

We will always include at least 12 accent signs in all std. birthday set ups. We cannot control the amount we set up at our install. Some yards are just too small to accommodate all the accent signs we have brought with us.

How do I choose the colors of my sign display?

When you click on our online Sign Request Form, the colors of our birthday sets will be listed for you to choose. If the color you choose is not available, we will contact you within 24 hours with a color substitution suggestion.

What happens after I submit my Sign Request Form ?

Once we receive a sign request, we go ahead an inventory the order and send you a confirmation/invoice via Pay Pal.

I don’t have Pay Pal, is there another way to pay?

You don’t actually have to have a Pay Pal account to pay the Pay Pal Invoice. You can pay this invoice with any major credit card. Additionally we take Zelle (847-971-8399, Lynda Schlecht) or Venmo (@lynda-schlecht). For those who want to pay by check or cash, please make those arrangements with us directly.

When do you install and take down signs?

On the confirmation/invoice we send you, we let you know by what time we plan to set up your display by. Most often, we set up the signs after 9:00 p.m. on the night before. We pick up sign displays after 9:00 p.m. If you need your display up for a late night party, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate.

I would like to have my sign display for multiple days, is that a possibility?

Yes, for additional days we charge $30 per day. Please let us know on the sign request form how long you would like your sign display for.
