How can I work with a Tech Coach?
1. Personalized PD: We are always exploring new ideas through workshops, Google+, conferences, etc. Partner with a coach to integrate learning from a PD into your classroom.
2. Reflection: Refine your practice by using tools like video recording and peer observation. Discover what is working for you and your students, and what you would like to change.
3. Goal Setting: Meet your professional goals with the support of a coach. After reflection, develop a goal and choose instructional strategies to meet the goal.
4. Problem-Solve: Collaborate with a coach to troubleshoot a barrier to student learning that you've encountered.
