Kande Culver McDonald is a coach and facilitator for leaders and teams in higher education and other nonprofit organizations. She enjoys working with leaders at all career stages to develop their capacity for connection and catalyzing change. She draws from a wide array of tools and theories to support development in areas including effective communication, team cohesion, collaboration, navigating organizational culture, leading and managing change, conflict management, self-care and stress management, presence and focus. She lives in Concord, MA with her family.
Allan Rubin is an organizational consultant focused primarily on continuous improvement, change management, and maximizing individual and team performance. He is an active member The Systems-Centered® Training & Research Institute (SCTRI) and pursuing licensure as a Systems-Centered® Practitioner. Allan lives in Houston, Texas, works in Port Arthur, Texas, and when he’s not working or driving, spends time gardening, playing classical piano, and experiencing new restaurants.
Claudia began her long acquaintance with SAVI® in 1975. Intrigued and convinced that SAVI had something unique to offer, she has continued to work with and teach about it ever since. She has brought SAVI into educational and organization settings and into the annual conference of the American Group Psychotherapy Association for many years and teaches both basic and advanced SAVI® workshops. Along with Frances Carter, she is a founding partner of SAVI® Communications, LLC. She and Fran Carter developed the trainer training program leading to certification.
Kande will offer this workshop as a capstone project for her certification as a SAVI® foundation trainer under Claudia's supervision. Allan has recently completed his certification.
