What is SAVI?
SAVI (pronounced “sav-ee”) is the
System for Analyzing Verbal Interactions
SAVI is a communication tool that provides a systematic, objective analysis of what makes conversations succeed or fail. It enables us to recognize patterns of interaction that hinder or help a working team, organization, or relationship to reach its goals.
SAVI is a descriptive non-judgmental approach, focused on behavior, not personality. SAVI analyzes and predicts how the words and tones we use in communication impact which parts of a message are heard and received clearly, and which aren't.
SAVI provides practical strategies and ideas that can be applied in any context where you want to hear others and be heard clearly. SAVI sees everyone as capable of using new behaviors to communicate more effectively.
