SOLCOServizi per l’Organizzazione del Lavoro e la Creazione dell’Occupazione is a company selling tailor-made services related to the Labour Market based in Rome.

Since 1989 we offer training courses for employed and unemployed people, company consultancy and HR services.

Our aim is to fill the competence gap outlined by our client companies and, at the same time, help people to find the most appropriate job for their own talent. When developing support activities for companies, SOLCO promotes a so-called shared change approach, based on the analysis of the innovation to introduce, the necessary training to plan, and the personal competences to develop.

We have a long experience in European Projects, the most recent is “CLASS - Choose to Learn Adopting Sustainability Standard” n.2019-1-IT02-KA201-062690 with the expected Final Event in September 2021 in Portugal: this project consists in testing a Volunteering as extra-curricular activity for students in high school, while giving the teachers the tools to map the new competences acquired by the students during that experience.

Cemea del Mezzogirono – Italy

CEMEA del Mezzogiorno onlus is an Italian non-profit organisation placed in Rome. It belongs to CEMEA - Training Centres for Active Education Methods - a worldwide educational movement of trainers and social workers started in the 50s.

The action of CEMEA del Mezzogiorno deals with disadvantaged people, the promotion of non-formal education through training, the development of local communities and active citizenships. CEMEA del Mezzogiorno manages different services in Rome: recreation centers for children; youth centers for teenagers and youngsters;

summer camps; cultural activities and events; international exchange. CEMEA is part of Rete Scuole Migranti, a network of 95 associations and non profit organizations based on Regione Lazio, engaged in teaching italian language for free in courses for migrant adults (above all women), children and teenagers.

CEMEA’s educational activity, combined with the international learning opportunities offered by the European Union, support participation, intercultural approach, local dimension and active citizenship as basic elements for collective and individual actions.

Cap Ulysse - France

Cap Ulysse is a French training centre committed with several initiatives aimed at strengthening the European workforce. It has a strong knowledge of European project management (as coordinator and partner) and over it 13 years’ of experience on didactic innovation and work base learning for educational purposes on a European perspective.

Through the years, Cap Ulysse has developed an expertise in the area of vocational mobility in Europe as sending and incoming organisation. It has shared its expertise by developing several training path and tools dedicated to learners, mobility referents and mentors on companies.

From 2015, Cap Ulysse developed an expertise on Pedagogical innovation including digital tools like serious games or online training paths like INTERMOVE for trainers (a blended training path aimed at empowering and training mobility referents on interculturality and Intercomprehension. This last experience led Cap Ulysse to develop contents and activities related to this application including:

  • Cultural Identity and Stereotypes

  • Empathy and Adaptability, tolerance of ambiguity

  • Plurilingual and intercultural communication

  • Tutoring and Mentoring

  • Implementing activities with students (suggestions of activities and exercises)

Akademie Klausenhof – Germany

Akademie Klausenhof (AK) is an international youth and adult training centre (vocational training and further education, adult education). AK is a non-profit limited company (gGmbH / catholic foundation).

AK has its focus on vocational training for unemployed and young people with (learning) disabilities, second-chance education and integration courses for migrants/refugees, youth welfare service, international language courses (German as a foreign language), citizenship education, management, IT, basic skills and European projects.

AK can provide about 550 boarding school places and has 325 employees. The Academy has two main sites with full board, learning and recreational facilities in Dingden and Rhede. There are approximately 750-800 participants per day, more than 800 courses/seminars and about 150 different courses in a year with overall more than 7.000 guests from all over the world yearly. Ak's mission is more than just knowledge transfer. The concept is based on the conviction that learning also offers opportunities for the development of a strong personality that enables self-determinate actions.

Ljudska Univerza Celje – Slovenia

Ljudska univerza Celje is a public institution whose main task is education of adults. It educates, trains and provides counselling and support to people at all life stages, paying special attention to vulnelable target groups such as young people, immigrants, unemployed, prisoners, retirees, etc.

In the field of informal education it offers Primary School for Adults, secondary school programmes and vocational education programmes. Informal education includes language courses, rhetoric, sewing and tailoring courses, computer science, drawing school and personal growth workshops.

Its most vital activity is counselling in terms of choosing an appropriate educational path, learning aid and career management for adults.

Among the national projects, the most prominent are Family Center, The acquisition of basic professional qualifications for employees and social activation of foreign women. Through international projects, it also works in the field of education of the elderly, gender equality, social inclusion and improving counseling.


Centre Recursos d’Iniciatives i Autocupacio sl – Spain

The Centre Recursos d’Iniciatives i Autoocupació sl (C.R.I.A) is a small private company that is part of the consultancy and training organisation PROMOCIONS -knowledge Network, which since 1997 promotes, evaluates and participates in European initiative programmes and International cooperation. It works with public administrations (local and regional level), other private sector companies (services, education, industry), trade unions and social and educational organisations, economic and social thematic networks. CRIA S.L provides its services of:

  • Social inclusion and local social development programmes.

  • Local economic and employment actions with disabled people.

  • Training of trainers in innovation educational actions, and European training director; permanent training for executive, technical and professional teams and professional training methodologies.

  • Employment and social innovation programmes and projects.

  • Start-up and strategic consultancy programmes for the development and design of social enterprises in different sectors and local development projects.

  • Studies on markets and business opportunities, third sector, local development and social and solidarity economy.

  • Design of tools, websites, electronic publications and specific technological and methodological materials for specific projects.

  • Evaluation and monitoring of European, local social and educational programmes.
